He was the son of a Portuguese trapper; his mother was the niece of the Southern Cheyenne War Chief, Roman Nose.

In the early 1870's, Alias was riding with Missouri's James and Younger gang. By the mid-1870's he rode southwest with Arkansas Dave Rudabaugh into New Mexico Territory.

While there, he fought along the side of Billy the Kid in the Lincoln County War. After the Kid's death, Alias was chased out of the territory by U.S. Marshals.

Alias is now in California and still a Gunfighter for Hire!

Alias, aka Brad Soares, has lived in the Morongo Basin since 1974. Currently, he works for UPS and has been in their Yucca Valley center since 1996. Brad is married to Klementina and has two children, Bradley and Julihana.

When Brad is not at work or with his family, he's busy researching the Old West or watching old cowboy movies.
